Murder, Mayhem, & Miles
Murder, Mayhem & Miles combines immersive true-crime storytelling with guided running and walking workouts. Each long-form episode takes you through a carefully researched case while certified running coach Christine Hetzel guides your warm-up, pacing, intervals, and cooldown. The cases are serious. The workout makes the miles move faster. New episodes every other week.

Hey, friend,
Thank you for joining me for Running Scared with Coach Christine.
If you are a runner and a true crime enthusiast, you have found your corner of the internet, friend!
This true crime run cast is a ton of fun, with a dash of spicy hard work. We set this true crime case to a pyramid workout that lets us work from our conversation pace up to a spicy sprint and then back down again.
Friend, female serial killers are rare, but even more so when they go on record to say they are killing for fun. And that is exactly what this killer did because in her words, she wanted "to have more fun."
